B-Mets Host Magic Paintbrush Project Silent Auction Saturday
[8/20/2008] - The Binghamton Mets spent time with special needs children of the Magic Piantbrush Project on August 8th for the Second Annual “Bowls with B-Mets”.  The afternoon of was spent exploring their artistic side while sitting side by side with the children and their families hand painted pottery bowls provided by The Clayground of Vestal with the support of Lourdes Hospital.  Each B-Met who participated personally hand painted a pottery bowl, which will be auctioned off to benefit The Magic Paintbrush Project.  Fans have the opportunity to bid on their own a one of a kind memorabilia in a silent auction this Saturday, August 22.  All proceed will benefit the Magic Piantbrush Project. more...
